MIAMI, FL – Tom Thumb Food Stores is once again supporting Coral Restoration Foundation™ in their spirited social media campaign to raise money for coral reef restoration in South Florida waters. To kick-off the day of giving, Jim and Tom McCarthy, owners of Tom Thumb, have donated $5,000 towards Coral Restoration Foundation’s total donation goal of $20,000.
The National Day of Giving is just getting started, supporters can make their donations online by visiting the Coral Restoration Foundation™ website at coralrestoration.org/donate/ or in-person at each of Tom Thumb’s 14 Southeast Florida locations. Today only, every donation up to $20,000 will be matched, meaning that each dollar donated has double the impact.
